Short version: we keep as little information about you as we possibly can, and we delete what we do need as soon as your order is finished.

What we ask for

To deliver an order we need one way to reach you: a WhatsApp number or a Telegram handle. You choose which one – you only ever have to give us one of them.

We ask for it because some accounts cannot be handed over without talking to you directly. The clearest example is two-factor authentication (2FA): a confirmation code arrives on your device at the moment of setup, so we have to be in contact with you right then to finish the order together. Without a direct line to you, those orders simply cannot be completed.

If you order an upgrade for an account you already own, we also need the details of that one account (the email address, and where it cannot be avoided, the password). We use them once, to carry out the upgrade you ordered, and for nothing else.

What we do not ask for

• No registration – you do not need an account on this site to buy.
• No real name, no home address, no date of birth.
• No advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics profile, no following you across other websites.
• We never sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Only until your order is done. After a successful purchase and delivery we delete your contact details and any account details you gave us – from our systems and from the chat history.

If an order is cancelled or does not go through, the same data is deleted as soon as the case is closed.

Payments

We never see or store your payment details. Payment is handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout, on their systems and under their own privacy terms.

The chat on this site

Messages you send through the chat are used only to answer you. If you type a name or Telegram ID into the chat, it is used only so that we can reply. Nothing from the chat is used for advertising.

Cookies

Only what is technically necessary – mainly to keep your shopping cart filled while you browse. Nothing for advertising, nothing for tracking.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we still hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Just message us and we will do it – in most cases there is nothing left to delete, because it goes as soon as your order is complete.
